We strongly believe our expertise and recommendations will save you money in the long run and determine the real cost of your home improvement.

Maybe you already have an existing yard that needs a fresh look? If so, Brad Dodge Designs can create the perfect plan that blends the new with the old. Retaining perfectly good parts of your existing landscape is not only a huge monetary savings (considering demolition and hauling) it's being “green”, which is an inspiring and responsible way to manage your outdoor space.

Sometimes the homeowner just needs a consultation. In which case, an hourly fee for the consultation (usually no more than an hour) will be requested.

Projects of a significant scale should have a detailed landscape plan. In order to bid or construct your project, a CA licensed Landscape Contractor will need a detailed plan. Also, new homeowners should check with their HOA and city (public works dept.) for landscape development requirements (a plan maybe required). If we determine that your project is one that needs a full landscape design a Bid and Contract will be presented (after first meeting by email) that will cover the scope of design services and the hours to complete final plans. After approval of the Bid and Contract, (initial payment received) the following plans will be generated:

• Site Plan [AutoCAD drafted hardscape, details, construction notes, lighting and drainage (6.3MB PDF)]
